When an individual choose to behave selfishly, from a micro perspective, it seems that being selfish is able to secure an immediate gain.
When we move to a macro perspective, when every individual in a community behaves selfishly, as the result, it will churn into a collective behavior that forms societal behavior that is filled with greed, scarcity, distrust, colonization and killing. As we return to the earlier micro perspective, the individual who makes the choice to be selfish will then lives in an environment that is filled with greed, scarcity, distrust, colonization and killing.
On the contrary, when an individual choose to be considerate, from a micro perspective, it seems that being considerate is able to experience an immediate loss.

As we return to the earlier micro perspective, the individual who makes the choice to be considerate will then lives in an environment that is filled with with thankfulness, abundance, trust, harmony and mutual support.
